Throughout the year, we will be offering hands-on cultural-inspired workshops. Some workshops will be offered virtually, and others will be in person. Stay tuned for upcoming crafts, art projects, cooking classes, subsistence programs, net mending, gardening, and more.
Topics will include health literacy, nutrition, physical activity, domestic violence awareness, tobacco cessation, wilderness safety, diabetes prevention, emergency response, mental health first aid, injury prevention, self-care, communication, parenting, internet dangers, and more.
Hosting community challenges is a way for us to encourage each other to get active while having fun and connecting. These challenges include lifestyle change programs, trail games, hiking programs, and more. Incentives for participation may vary, but the real prize is the memories you will make along the way and the friends you will inspire!
