12:10 pm with Hana
An interval training class that combines body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every day, Bootcamp classes are designed to push and challenge participants. The class lasts for 40 minutes to get you in and out during your lunch break.

The BEGINNER CLASS is perfect for those returning to exercise or just wanting to get moving.
The ADVANCED CLASS will add in additional balance and strength work. Perfect for anyone wanting a more challenging workout.
A trainer will guide both 45-minute classes through a total body workout and stretch.
Wednesdays with Hana
12:10 pm Yoga Fit
5:30 pm Hatha Flow
Yoga Fit - 40 minutes of vinyasa flow and total body workout in one. Deepen your practice and cross train with additional strength moves.
Hatha Flow - 1 Hour of traditional yoga poses and breathwork. Simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement, suitable for all levels.
Thursdays, 5:30 pm
This class begins January 12th.
In this 45-minute class, our routine is strategically engineered to lift and shape your glutes, build strength and definition, and strengthen your core. Waist-whittling exercise are also integrated to further accentuate your new rearview. Glute work in this class is done with bands and/or light weight.
Saturdays, 9:00 am
Join us in this fun 45-minute workout using many of our gym's toys (balls, weight bars, bands, free weights, and machines). The class is focused on building strength and balance in addition to core and cardiovascular endurance. Guaranteed to keep you moving this class is perfect for every Fitness Level.
Saturday, 10:00 am
This one-hour, low-impact class will blast all your muscles. Focusing on lower rep strength training to chisel and sculpt your physique. These workouts use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, adjustable barbells, and bands to build a strong foundation and maximize results. Natasha will encourage you to hit your personal best, so you walk out of class feeling powerful.
